N R Brown Farriers is a professional farriery business located just north of Abergavenny in South Wales, UK.
Nigel Brown is a 'Master Farrier' and an Associate of the Worshipful Company of Farriers with over 14 years of experience working in a profession he thoroughly enjoys. Our clients include all equines; leisure and professional, individual and large yards. Increasingly we are asked to work alongside local veterinary practises to provide therapeutic and remedial shoeing for specific cases.
A working forge provides excellent facilities to hand make many of our horse shoes to care for individual needs. Two fully equipped vans ensure that we provide a comprehensive mobile service.
A competition farrier consistently achieving an exceptionally high standard of work, Nigel actively engages in conferences, clinics and lectures to ensure that his knowledge is vast and current. Nigel is an Approved Training Farrier and currently employs three apprentices.
